The Parkridge medical building is not as good for gynecology visits as the downtown Baptist office building - no private/curtained changing area and no mirror in the room for putting yourself back together after the visit.

Dr. Pridgen always gives the best care, she listens to my concerns and act accordingly to treat. Always a pleasure!

Dr. Pridgen is just an awesome doctor. Awesome bedside manners, as well as her assistant, the young lady that helps her out with the procedures or what she has to do. Just makes you feel really comfortable so you don't have to feel a type of way. So all together, I'm satisfied.

I can't say enough, my previous provider left and was worried about finding one as good as her and I have found one that's even better. I am in healthcare so I value great service which hard to find.

My physician said she put an order in for lab work that was time sensitive and when I arrived to get the lab work done the order was not put in.

The care is what I like the most. They are very kind and respectful.

I highly recommend Dr. Pridgen and her staff. Having a Provider of color, being able to trust her medical practice is a breath of fresh air. Healing and recovery and knowing she cares is a remarkable experience and graciousness for women's care.

I waited over an hour and 15 minutes in exam room undressed waiting for the provider. I had to take a day off work for what should have been a 20 minute visit. The wait makes me not want to be seen for preventive care.

Nurse needs to know diagnostic mammogram is required if getting an ultrasound of breast. I had issues getting appointment with imaging office. This caused a delay in treatment.

Dr Pridgen and her nurse are truly amazing. I felt listened to, I felt she truly cared and I didn't feel rushed. She made me feel comfortable and gave me assurance she was going to help me get the medical issues fixed!

I really like the surgeon that I met this time she was very respectful,kind and patient I could talk to her very easily she answered all my questions and broke it down to where I could fully understand . So in saying all this I was so glad that I got to meet her and if I would ever need surgery she is someone I could trust with my health and feel comfortable and safe . She understood what I was saying and how I felt inside about coming and being examined it's a very uncomfortable position and she was very compassionate and understanding about my feelings. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

The staff scheduled my work-in appointment and I didn't wait. I was able to complete tests and get a diagnosis within the same appointment. Very efficient.

I love the provider

Unfortunately my experience during my visit was abruptly ended as I made aware aware that Prisma Health lacks the ability to resolve contract issues with United Healthcare, my current insurance provider. After many years of trusting Prisma Health with my care and building relationships with practice providers as well as hospital staff, it will all be severed at the beginning of the year, as I now begin my search for a new network. Please do not reply or follow-up for additional feedback, simply fix the problem.

She's not my normal doctor but I def felt comfortable with her and would def consider her for birth

My experience with Dr. Pridgen and the staff is by far the best I've ever had. Dr. Pridgen takes the time to explain and actually cares... you are not just "another" patient. I feel safe knowing she will be the one performing the surgery and treating me. What I love most about Dr. Pridgen is that she cares about your overall health. We discuss the science, physical activity and the nutrition of my care. The full package. She just doesn't pacify you by shoving a bunch of medicine down your throat. She discusses my options and ask how I feel about them. She gives me alternatives and educates me about what's happening, so I can understand my healthcare and make the best decision for me. The staff is so nice and patient. The lab tech even makes you feel comfortable and calms any anxiety you have. I love Dr. Cynthia Pridgen and her staff.

Was called back in a timely manner, and didn't have to wait long for my provider to come in the room.

My experience was positive from the time I walked into the lobby and nurse Amber assisting Dr. Pridgen was very calm and very nice . Dr. Pridgen was wonderful and competent as always . I trust her completely.

I was disappointed because no time was spent discussing my operative notes and discharge summary . My physician showed me where to find information on my chart but had a meeting in 10 minutes. Follow up in 4 weeks not set up because her schedule is full or blocked.

Dr. Pridgen was very thorough with my physical exam, pap smear, more thoroughly than the one I had previously with another doctor with the practice. That's no longer the practice now. Dr. Pridgen did an excellent thorough job. Thank you.

I had a great experience.

Service was fantastic. The downside was I was sitting for an hour and fifteen minutes until I was seen. My appointment was at...9:45 and the doctor did not come in until 11:15. Otherwise everything is great.

I was taken back into the room for my weight and for my blood pressure, but after that, it was at least an hour before I was seen by the doctor, I think the wait time can improve.
